Technically my vacation ended on Friday. I do not go back to work until Tuesday, but I am actually look for tomorrow.
For some reason whenever I go on vacation I lose track. Lose track of what you ask...diet and exercise. Not as much exercise, but diet. I bet I have put on almost 10 pounds in the last week.
I need to get going and back down to 170. I am trying out a new workout for the next few weeks. It involves more weights and a little more cardio. When I stay strict on my diet I can usually just do 20-30 minutes of interval training 3 days a week. I just miss my spinning class and have decided to try to get back in this Wed.
Wish my luck, the working out part will not be difficult. It is the eating that always give me trouble.
